About Us

Our team of dedicated, qualified and experienced staff are committed to providing a happy, safe and stimulating environment for 2 to 5-year-olds. Children have access to a wide range of resources which motivates them to explore, investigate and learn through first hand experience. We actively encourage positive self-esteem and teach children to value themselves and others. We place a strong emphasis on play as we believe this is the best way for pre-school children to learn. Much of that play will take place in our well equipped outdoor area.

Please contact Hilary Budd to arrange a visit to the nursery or to discuss fees, for application forms look on the ‘join’ tab above.

COVID-19 Information

The Nursery is open as a single bubble of 45 children. Please see our Covid-19 policy and procedure for more in depth information.

We are now taking bookings for tours for prospective parents. Please email the nursery to check availability. Tours will be limited to one parent only.  To keep our environment as covid safe as possible, children will not be allowed to attend the tour.

For general enquiries, please e-mail stmichaelsnursery@btinternet.com. Emails are checked daily. During holiday times, emails are checked regularly and will be responded to once staff are on a ‘working’ day.

Families who are self-isolating may find the following website useful in supporting the learning of their child whilst they are unable to attend nursery.

UPCOMING EVENTS

London to Paris!

Two of our lovely parents are raising money to enable us to replace our broken computer with a new interactive learning table.

They aim to cycle the equivalent distance of London to Paris ( about 315 miles) over four days during the May half term holiday, a relay on their indoor bike. Good luck Kate and Mark!
